Company rules

  • Returns or exchanges will take place for important reasons only. An amount of 15% of the total value of the goods will be deducted prior to refund / exchange;  BE VIGILANT
  • We are not RESPONSIBLE for DAMAGES outside our establishment!
  • You are RESPONSIBLE for DAMAGES caused by YOUR kids (WHY?) Because a lot of damages are done by children, while parents and grandparents are busy buying the materials and do not monitor their children, we are not a daycare
  • For all products with mirrors and windows. There is no warranty available, make sure, those product are in perfect condition before you pay and walk away.
  • All boxes must be opened at the CHECKOUT! Why? Too eliminate shoplifting and minimize returns.
  • The service OUTSIDE is not included (THINK AND PLAN), bring help with you
  • We do not supply rope, plastic, flags, cloth or tape, etc...
  • NO layaways accepted ((cash and carry only).)
  • SALES ARE FINAL
